Book of Numbers

I recently found a video in which the book Numbers was read and recorded. I found it quite interesting because it was in Korean (although I can´t speak a word of Korean). And I thought to myself, Mmm, why not state my point of view.

So, I want to share it with you as well. Though, it´s not exactly the same as I added more thoughts. You know, Numbers is a long book with a great deal of information.

Numbers is an outstanding book full of grace, love, and promises but it also talks about discipline and highlights the importance of obedience, consecration, and devotion.

What is a Rhema that changed my life´s perspective and lifestyle is the fact that God never leaves us alone, in the dark, powerless, or clueless. He is always giving us His instruction and the way He wants us to do things for Him and for others as well.

He has given us a set of values and rules that help us live a better, more blessed, healthier, and easier life, always of course within His presence and will.

He has also stated the importance of seeking His presence, learning, and teaching His word, serving and following Him with love and commitment, interceding on behalf of others and persevering in Him.

I´ve learnt to trust and praise Him at all times cause He´s with me, fighting my battles and has already given me victory, love and peace. Even when He disciplines me, I´ve learnt to be thankful and never forget where I was or who I was before meeting Him.

I could see how God provided, supported, sheltered and blessed His people even when they were stubborn and disobedient. By the way, He still does it with me and everyone on this planet, just because of His love for us.

I also noticed the relationship God had with Moses, Aaron and His people and I would like to have that kind of relationship Moses had with God and never freak out because of the giants, the power or strength someone or something else might seem to have, or how terrifying something or someone is. In the end, God is much more powerful and He is by my side, on my side and within me.

It doesn´t matter if things seem scary, complex, or impossible to me. God has a plan and He always backs me up and takes what others meant for evil and turns it for good.

However, there are some conditions that Israel must´ve met before and so must we: be obedient, have faith, believe in God, be humble, thankful, and brave. Seek His presence, wisdom, and guidance, never do anything without consulting Him. Learn to hear His voice. Have a good and loving attitude, be faithful to God, pure. 

For quite a long time, due to my stubbornness, I´ve been stuck in the desert going nowhere. I still don´t understand everything God does or doesn´t do, but I´ve decided to love Him with all my heart all my soul and all my strength and with all I am.

I have lots of favourite chapters and verses and I´d love to share some with you. Hope you find them valuable and refreshing.

I will conclude by saying that God is good and fair. Not only because He has loved and looked after me, but because He has been patient and loving to me
